Having all the characteristics of the first generation wheel bearings, the second & thirdgeneration products developed by us can be bolted directly to suspension or installedon brakes and wheels, with integrated mounting flange in outer or inner ring for secondgeneration products, and integrated flange in inner and outer rings for the third generationproducts. That leads to simpler structure, fewer parts, lighter weight, easy installation andin the meantime more compact structure & light weight thanks to integrated ABS sensorcomponents available for the majority of products. The products are widely used in carsand take on a trend of increasing use in SUV cars.

All single tapered roller products of the company are optimally designed, thoughstandardizing installation dimensions, so they can be interchangeableworldwide. The internal structure is optimized and enhanced in design,the inner ring raceway, outer ring raceway and roller rolling surfaceare with a crown, eliminating the edge stress concentration andthus in working the apex of the cone surface intersects at apoint of the bearing center line, realizing pure olling, safetyand reliability. This series is ideal for heavy duty andshock loads and already widely used in automobile,mill, mining, metallurgy and plastics machineryamong others.

Clutch release bearings work at a high speed, high temperature and strong vibration in a long term. It is more important that result in temperature raising faster, stronger vibration and wear quickly when release bearings in operation, and affect service performance and service life of release bearings and the clutch, due to installation eccentricity of the engine crankshaft and transmission input shaft, or of clutch on the flywheel. Based on the self-aligning structure of wave springs, the structure of high bearing capacity of thrust angular contacting ball bearing, and the innovative process design of bearing inner and outer races, we have developed automobile clutch self-aligning release bearings with less vibration, low noise, wear light, long life (for separating more than 2 million times and no failure).

Due to the limitation of mounting space, the structure of tension wheel and idler wheel bearings is normally very compact. When working in poor conditions, it is a severe test for normal work of tension wheel bearings by mud, water, sands and even corrosion at the range from -30℃ to 120℃. The tension wheel and its unit we provided have the characteristics of compact structure and stable performance, with the excellent sealing property in the use of more severe conditions. The product is coated with imported high performance grease that helps reduction of noise and improvement of service life.

1. With the compact design, the pivot of automatic tension wheel is designed inside the bearing, only a small outer space required. 2. It can replace the existing general tension wheel, for which only needs a fixed point connecting the screw hole and one end of the spring. 3. Maintain proper belt tension to avoid slip of the belt and control fluctuation of belt tension. 4. To eliminate the abnormal sound caused by the elongation or swing of the belt in the operation of the engine unit. 

UNIFAR OAP is composed of deep groove ball bearing and one-way clutch bearings, with the features of simple assembly process, stable performance and low noise. The product is coated inside with imported high performance grease that helps reduction of noise and improvement of service life.

ADT consists of pulley, rocker arm, base, torsion spring, locating pin. The pulley is fixed on the rocker arm with bearings and bolts. Through damping, the rocker arm and the torsion spring are riveted on the base that can rotate relatively with rocker arm. The base is fixed on the engine hood that ensures belt tension under the action of torsion spring in the course of operating. In this way, the service life of the belt is increased and the noise inside the engine is reduced.

The heavy truck product series developed by the company is mainly composed of hub unit, single row tapered roller bearing, double row tapered roller bearing, etc. The products have been optimized by internal structure and process improvement, so that the product maintains the characteristics of the original product series, and also improves Product life, reduce fuel consumption, maximize product performance, and more. The products are mainly used in the axles, wheel ends, gearboxes, engines and other parts of heavy trucks.
